Returns & Refunds

At HippieH Handmade, each piece is thoughtfully created and packaged with care. Because our items are handmade or made to order, we want to ensure every return is handled fairly for both our customers and our small business.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Returned with original packaging when possible.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

For standard returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order in the condition it was intended to arrive in!

If your item arrives damaged, broken, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and any damage to the packaging, if applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, or refund. HippieHandmade will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is necessary due to an error or damage for which we are responsible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items damaged due to improper care or handling.
  • Items returned without prior approval.

These exclusions do not apply to items that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described.

If you would prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, please reach out! We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How to Start a Return

For all return or refund requests, please contact us through our website’s contact page or email us with your order number and reason for the request.
